Description
Psyllium Husks Organic is a highly soluble source of fibre and minerals. It is a fine powder and is easy to digest. It has not been genetically engineered, modified or chemically treated.
Indication
Psyllium Husks is gluten and wheat free, making it an excellent source of fibre for anyone with allergies or who wish to avoid wheat and gluten. KIKI's Psyllium Husks is derived 100% from seeds from the Plantago Ovata plant in India.
Intake mode
It is recommended for adults to add one (1) heaped teaspoon to any drink or smoothie, sprinkle on and mix with foods. It is vital that you drink plenty of water when consuming Psyllium Husks, and throughout the day afterwards.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required.
