Description
Brewer's yeast has natural proteins and several B vitamins. It is produced by cultivating Saccharomyces cerevisiae in beer production. After fermentation, the yeast is separated from the beer, roller-dried and bitterness removed.
Intake mode
It is recommended to take 2 tablespoons daily mixed with milk, cereal or juice. Also add to cooking and baking recipes to increase nutritional content.
