Description
Brewer's yeast has great nutritional value. It contains carbohydrates, proteins, minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, selenium, chromium, sodium, iron, zinc, magnesium and vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, biotin and dietary fiber.
Indication
Rich in protein, source of vitamins B1 and B9.
Intake mode
It is recommended to sprinkle a tablespoon of yeast three times a day on the plate in which you have served the food. It is always added to food once it is cooked, served and ready to eat. Brewer's yeast has a slightly bitter but pleasant taste and you can add it to any savory dish such as salads, soups, pasta, rice, sauces, etc.
