Description

Indication
It is a product conceived for human consumption (unlike the more commonly marketed brewer's yeast), without the potentially toxic residues of the brewing industry.
Nutritional yeast has a delicious, slightly salty, non-bitter taste (unlike traditional brewer's yeast). It appears in the form of scales of a light brown color.
It is also a great source of zinc, also containing calcium, magnesium, iron and copper. Source of natural dietary fibers with a low fat content.
Intake mode
It is recommended to sprinkle directly on salads and hot and cold dishes.
It is used to make vegan "cheeses", for gratin, as an ingredient in fillings.
