Description

Le Germatonic (Wheat Germ, Fructose & Cereals) from Abbaye de Sept-Fons is a cocoa-free breakfast made from wheat germ, fructose and whole grains in powder form.

Indication

The Germatonic is rich in Vitamin E, B1, B2, B6, B9, B12, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, manganese and a source of vitamins B3, B5, B9, selenium.

Intake mode

It is advisable to pour 2 tablespoons into a bowl, and add hot milk, stirring.
