Indication
Erythritol is a polyol naturally present in wine and cheese, as well as in some fruits and vegetables. It is obtained by a simple fermentation process. What occurs naturally in the leaves of the Stevia rebaudiana plant. Rebaudioside has a sweetening power about 300 times that of sugar.
