Legend has it that pastry chef Lasne was inspired by the Visitandines recipes to make a delicious almond cookie that doesn't get your fingers dirty. Being right next to the Stock Exchange, this bakery's clientele was mainly made up of financiers.

Mr. Lasne even went so far as to bake these little cakes in a mold shaped like a gold ingot and give them the very evocative name “financers”!

Respecting tradition, Bonneterre now offers a range of 2 financiers: the Almond Financier and the Lemon Financier.

Made with simple and good ingredients, Bonneterre organic financier is the result of true know-how at the hands of man. This little cake is a must for gourmets who will succumb to its softness and incredible deliciousness.
