The 60% cocoa dark chocolate with no added sugar from Chocolates Torras is an example of a product that uses stevia extract instead of sugar. Stevia is an herb native to the tropics, but it is cultivated in tropical parts of Asia and South America. The sugar-free sweetener erythritol is about 70% sweeter than table sugar, so it can be used in chocolate recipes.
