Description

This unsweetened white chocolate is made from cocoa beans, which are ground and purified before being added to the confectionery mix. The result is a very soft form of sugar, the highest percentage of which is a natural sucrose, also known as brown sugar. It is considered the healthiest alternative to sucrose.
