Incredible flavor. I use it as a spread on bread or on top of yoghurt bowls and it works great. It has the advantage of not causing as much discomfort (intestinal terms) as peanut butter, for example. In addition to not being so greedy, I only eat what is recommended but it immediately adds another touch to the meal.
Sabor incrível. Uso para barrar no pão ou por cima de yoghurt bowls e fica top. Tem a vantagem de não causar tão mal estar (a nível intestinal) como a manteiga de amendoim, por exemplo. Além de não ser tão gulosa, consumo apenas o recomendado mas dá logo outro toque à refeição.
