Description
Rosemary is an evergreen woody shrub, with leaves slightly curled at the edges and hairy on the reverse. It has small, showy blue flowers.
Sowing at the beginning of Spring in the nursery, making the final planting in Autumn, harvesting in full bloom and September.
Uses: it is part of the fine herbs and is ideal for meat roasts.
Properties It is stimulating, tonic and favors the respiratory and digestive system.
