The dry extract of the flowers is useful for its relaxing effect, thanks to the essential oil content, very rich in esters (55%), monoterpenes, monoterpenols and oxides. it is particularly suitable for reconciling sleep even in case of stress and promotes general relaxation, for a physiological balance of the sleep-wake cycle.

Intake mode

Children 5-6 years: it is recommended to take 10 ml (use the measuring cup) pure or dissolved in water, preferably before sleeping.

Children from 6-12 years: 1 measuring spoon of 5 ml in the morning and a measuring spoon of 5 ml at 3-4 pm.

From 12 years and over: 1 measuring cup of 10 ml in the morning and one at 3-4pm.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
