Intake mode
It is recommended to take 4 capsules a day.
Strength and speed sports: 3 capsules before training and 1 capsule after.
Endurance sports: 2 capsules before training and 2 capsules after.
Precautions
Not recommended in pregnancy, children and for prolonged periods without consulting a specialist.
