Description
L-Carnitine is a non-essential amino acid synthesized in the liver and kidneys. It is formed from the amino acids lysine and methionine, and is actively involved in the metabolism of fats.
How to take L-carnitine?
It is recommended to take 2 or 3 capsules a day before meals, or before training.
