Description

Pineal by Laborest is a food supplement based on L-Tryptophan, Niacin and Magnesium, useful for providing an additional share of these nutrients in the event of a reduced intake with the diet or increased needs.

How to take Pineal?

It is recommended to take 2 tablets in the evening before going to bed. For any mood changes or for the management of appetite it is recommended to take 1 tablet one hour before lunch and the second one hour before dinner.

Precautions

It does not cause daytime numbness, is not addictive and has no side effects.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place
