Properties and benefits of tryptophan + ashwagandha

  • Ashwagandha root is rich in phytosterols, responsible for an adaptogenic effect.
  • The formula is reinforced with magnesium, and vitamins B3, B5 and B6 that contribute to normal energy metabolism and reduce tiredness and fatigue.
  • Vitamin B5 contributes to normal intellectual performance.

How to take tryptophan + ashwagandha?

It is recommended to take 1-2 tablets a day, one at breakfast and, if necessary, another at lunch.

Storage conditions

Store closed in a cool and dry environment.
