Properties and benefits of Coenzyme Q10

Ubiquinone was the first of the two forms of Q10 (ubiquinone and ubiquinol) to be discovered. This oxidized variant of coenzyme Q10 has been extensively studied.
It is suitable for people who have a normal conversion of ubiquinone to ubiquinol in the liver. For the elderly and others who have difficulties with this conversion, we recommend a supplement with the active form of ubiquinol.

How to take Coenzyme Q10?

It is recommended to take 1 pearl 1-2 times a day during or immediately after meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry place and at room temperature.

Composition of Coenzyme Q10

Bulking agent (virgin olive oil, beeswax), Capsule wall (bovine gelatin, Glycerin, Water, Coloring agent (caramel)), Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone), Lecithin.

Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) (50 mg), Lecithin (sunflower) (25 mg), Beeswax (30 mg), Olive oil (virgin) (395 mg).
