Ubiquinol is a body's own substance produced by cells in the mitochondria.
Q10 is made in two forms in the body: the oxidized ubiquinone form and the reduced (active) ubiquinol form. Ubiquinone is the 'normal' form, the first discovered and therefore the most widely investigated variant of Q10. Ubiquinol is the most biologically active form of Q10.
How to take Ubiquinol 50 mg (Active Coenzyme Q10)?
It is recommended to take 1 to 2 capsules a day during or immediately after meals.
