Collagen
Description
Isostar collagen is a connective tissue protein that is involved in the normal function of bones, cartilage, teeth, gums, skin, and blood vessels.
Properties and benefits of Collagen
Collagen contains a large number of different amino acids: glycine, arginine, proline, hydroxyproline, glutamic acid, alanine.
When ingested in the hydrolyzed form (oligopeptides), the long amino acid chains of the protein become very short chains (<5000 Daltons), i.e. in an "easily digestible" form, which makes the consumption value higher than that of non-hydrolyzed collagen (total protein).
Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen. Vitamin D participates in the maintenance of normal bones and muscles.
It is recommended when performing exercises that include heavy loads on the joints and muscles.
Composition of Collagen
Maltodextrin, Hyaluronic Acid, Citric Acid, Colecalciferol, L-Ascorbic Acid, Sweeteners Sucralose, Hydrolyzed Collagen Protein, Collagen Peptides.
