What is Zentrum's Magnesium Hydrolyzed Collagen? Hydrolyzed Collagen with Magnesium from Zentrum is a food supplement made from hydrolyzed marine collagen, minerals, vitamins and plant species. Vitamin C contributes to the formation of collagen for normal bone function, while magnesium and vitamin D contribute to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function.     Without collagen I could not live. Osteoarthritis is fabulous for me. It diminishes its effects. And I can't stay without it. That never happens thanks to Naturitas customer service. It's great

What is Zentrum's Magnesium Hydrolyzed Collagen?

Hydrolyzed Collagen with Magnesium from Zentrum is a food supplement made from hydrolyzed marine collagen, minerals, vitamins and plant species.

Vitamin C contributes to the formation of collagen for normal bone function, while magnesium and vitamin D contribute to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function. Vitamin C and magnesium help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

It is recommended to take 6 tablets a day (2 tablets before the main meals).

Composition of Marine Hydrolyzed Collagen

Per tablet:

Marine hydrolyzed collagen (fish): 600 mg, Calcium (Calcium Carbonate): 59 mg, Magnesium (Magnesium Oxide): 53 mg, Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid): 10 mg, Aroma Vanilla, Bamboo dry extract (Bambusa arundinacea , stems and / or shoots): 5 mg, Vitamin D-3 (Colecalciferol): 0.4 mg.

Magnesium 190 mg 50.7% NRV
Calcium 141 mg 17.6% NRV
Vitamin C 60 mg 75% NRV
