Properties and benefits of Oseoforte muscles and tendons

Chondroitin sulfate is responsible for the resistance to compression of cartilage tissue. In combination with glucosamine sulfate, its use is common for joint care. Glucosamine participates in the synthesis and repair of cartilage tissue, while chondroitin provides elasticity.

Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a sulfur compound present in fruits, vegetables and grains, milk being the richest food in it. It is a source of sulfur, a mineral that is part of the connective tissue.

How to take Oseoforte muscles and tendons?

It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day with food.
