What is Tendiplus?
Tendiplus from Mundo Natural is a food supplement that has been made from magnesium bisglycinate, zinc and b complex.
Tendiplus properties:
Tendiplus contains magnesium in the form of bisglycinate (chelated or bound to glycine) for better absorption and bioavailability. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the muscles and nervous system. Contributes to normal energy metabolism and maintenance of bones under normal conditions. For its part, zinc contributes to normal protein synthesis and the maintenance of bones under normal conditions.
Tendiplus is good for the muscles as it reduces muscle aches , gives you energy and helps you keep your bones in good condition.
Contraindications of Tendiplus
Before taking this supplement, you should bear in mind the following:

How to take Tendiplus?
It is recommended to take 3 capsules a day in the morning, at noon and at night. Preferably before main meals.
