How to take Activate smart fiber?

Dissolve the contents of the daily dose in a glass of water (200ml). Take after one of the main meals and continue to drink water throughout the day.

Another option is to dissolve it in a bottle with more than 300 ml of water and take it throughout the morning or afternoon.

It can also be mixed with juices, for example apple juice, or in a smoothie or coconut kefir.

Ispagula (Plantago ovata Forssk) seminal cuticle powder, magnesium carbonate, maltodextrin, magnesium citrate, inulin, dry extract of boswellia resin (Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr.) 65% boswellic acids, dry extract of tooth root of lion's crispus Stackhouse), lyophilized aloe vera leaf parenchyma gel (Aloe vera (L.) Burm. F.), flax seed powder (Linum usitatissimum L.), partially defatted chia seed powder (Salvia hispanica), sweetener (steviol glycosides from stevia).

Ispaghula powder 3,000 mg, Inulin 683 mg of which Fiber 601.04 mg, Garcinia extract 500 mg of which HCA 300 mg, Dandelion extract 500 mg
