How to take AQ Lesterol plus?

It is recommended to take 1 to 2 capsules a day, at dinner.

• People at risk of hypercholesterolemia take one capsule a day.
• For people with LDL above 200 mg/dl, take a maximum of 2 capsules per day.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Consult your doctor if you take anticoagulants. It is intended exclusively for people who want to lower their blood lipid level and for patients taking lipid-lowering medications only to consume the product under medical supervision. Consumption of more than 3 grams of added plant sterols/stanols per day should be avoided. Do not use in case of pregnancy, lactation and in children under 5 years of age. The beneficial effect is obtained with the daily consumption of at least 0.8 g of plant sterols/stanols.
