How to take Cholesterol Lipivance?

Attack recommendation: 3 tablets per day (0-0-3), for 1 month (Monacolin K from red yeast rice helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 10 mg of monacolin K).

Long-term maintenance recommendation: 1 tablet per day (0-0-1).

Separate the intake of the red yeast rice capsule and grapefruit juice for at least 2 hours.

- Olive fruit extract: 17.5 mg, of which hydroxytyrosol: 1.75 mg
- Coenzyme Q10: 15mg
- Pomegranate extract: 12.5 mg, of which ellagic acid: 5 mg
- Policosanols from rice bran: 7.9 mg
- Vitamin B3: 4mg
- Vitamin E: 3mg
