Properties and benefits of Collmar Cao

The combination of all these ingredients make it a very complete food supplement to take at breakfast. Proteins help increase muscle mass. Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of Collagen, for the normal functioning of cartilage, bones and skin. Vitamin B2 contributes to the normal metabolism of Iron. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus. Magnesium and vitamin B12 contribute to reducing tiredness and fatigue. Calcium is necessary for the maintenance of bones in normal conditions. And zinc contributes to normal protein synthesis.

How to take Collmar Cao?

It is recommended to take with milk or hot or cold vegetable drink at breakfast. It can be sweetened to taste.

Take the 2 scoops (11-11.5 g) separated, to ensure protein absorption. Do not take it together with food high in protein, to ensure the absorption of both protein from food and food supplement.
