Dinadiet's Dinadi 21 contains inulin, a fiber that stimulates the growth of intestinal flora and reduces the absorption of glucose in the digestive process, because the natural digestion of inulin does not release significant amounts of sugar. It also favors the absorption of calcium.

How to take Dinadi 21?

It is recommended to take 3 capsules a day. One for breakfast, one before lunch and one before dinner. Accompany with a glass of water.
