Description

Food supplement with omega 3 rich in DHA from microalgae free of phytanic acid, myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol, Quatrefolic®, probiotics and prebiotics, vitamin D, microencapsulated iron and vitamins and minerals.

GESTACARE® contains vitamins E and C and group B (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12) and minerals, such as iodine, that help cover the nutritional requirements of pregnancy.

Properties and benefits of Gestacare

DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) extracted from microalgae is an essential omega-3 fatty acid that, through maternal intake, contributes to the normal development of the brain of the fetus and infant. GESTACARE® contains omega-3 of plant origin free of phytanic acid.

Quatrefolic ® is the active form of folic acid that does not need to be metabolized to exert its activity. Folate contributes to the process of cell division, normal homocysteine ​​metabolism, and maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. Low levels of folate constitute a risk factor for the normal development of the fetal neural tube.

Myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol are structural components of the body that are involved in metabolic processes.

Lactobacillus : GESTACARE® contains 1 billion Lactobacillus, incorporating 2 probiotic strains: L. crispatus and L. fermentum.

Vitamin D contributes to the process of cell division and the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus.

Microencapsulated iron (Lipofer®) contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and the normal transport of oxygen in the body. Iron needs may be increased during pregnancy.

Selenium is an antioxidant that helps protect cells against oxidative stress.

Zinc is a trace element that contributes to normal fertility and reproduction. Zinc also contributes to normal DNA and protein synthesis and the protection of cells against oxidative stress.

How to take Gestacare?

Take 1 capsule (with powder) in the morning and 1 capsule (with oil) in the evening. It can be taken both with and without meals.
