How to take Pineal Tens?

It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day in monthly cycles. Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass of water and mix well.

Precautions

It is recommended not to exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Composition of Pineal Tens

Acidity regulator: citric acid; magnesium bisglycinate, maltodextrin, magnesium oxide, L-tryptophan, thickeners: gum arabic, xanthan gum; flavourings, colouring: beta-carotene; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; nicotinamide (vitamin PP), emulsifier: sucrose esters of fatty acids; sweetener: sucralose; bulking agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), riboflavin (vitamin B2).

For 2 sachets: Magnesium (450 mg), Tryptophan (300 mg), Vitamin D3 (20 mcg), Niacin (25 mg), Vitamin B2 (2.4 mg).
