Properties and benefits of Sacha Inchi oil

Sacha Inchi Oil has a high content of omega 3 (more than 48%), omega 6 (36%) and omega 9 (8%) fatty acids. It is also rich in vitamin A and alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E).

Sacha Inchi capsules only contain 100% pure Sacha Inchi oil from the first cold pressing. Also, the capsules are made from bovine gelatin, so they are not suitable for vegans.

How to take Sacha Inchi oil?

It is recommended to consume 1 to 2 sacha inchi capsules per day with meals.
