Soluble fiber dissolves and hydrates, acquiring a gel-like texture. When hydrated it takes up more volume, putting pressure on the intestinal walls. This stimulates peristaltic movements of the intestine causing an increase in the frequency of bowel movements and the volume of stool.

It contains fructooligosaccharides and white dextrin, which have been shown to have a prebiotic effect, promoting the increase of beneficial bacteria in the intestine.

How to take Medibiotix laxafibra balance constipation?

It is recommended to take 1 stick a day, dissolved in water or any other non-hot liquid, preferably in the morning. It can also be ingested with semi-solids, for example yogurt. It is recommended to drink at least 1.5 liters of water

Precautions

Excessive consumption of fructooligosaccharides can cause intestinal discomfort.
Avoid consuming fructooligosaccharides together with medications and other fiber-based food supplements.

Bifidobacterium lactis HHC0400, Bifidobacterium longum HHC0401, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus HHC0202 and Lactobacillus acidophilus HHC1203, among the 4 strains they add up (1x10⁹ CFU), Fructooligosaccharides (1000 mg)(fiber contribution (930 mg)), White Dextrin (2530 mg)(fiber contribution fiber (2074 mg)).
