I was skeptical but the truth is that I have noticed general improvement especially in energy and well-being (before I had a lot of gas, heartburn, stomach upset, it was difficult for me to get out of bed, tiredness and lack of energy, bad digestion...) and now it is not that They have disappeared but they have improved a lot and not a little... yes, I had to leave them because they caused me abdominal and hand and foot swelling, I don't know the reason but it was to leave them and in a couple of days everything was in its place but feeling just the same so good that when I took them, as if they had repaired something in my stomach and body. I weigh nothing, I have not lost anything, so if it is to lose weight I do not advise... but if you have an upset stomach and heavy and bad digestion, I do advise, even if it is for a while, to regulate it since it has proven very effective for me in that regard.

Era exceptico pero la verdad es que he notado mejoria general sobre todo en energia y bienestar (antes tenia muchos gases, ardores,malestar estomacal, me costaba levantarme de la cama, cansancio y falta de energia malas digestiones..) y ahora no es que hayan desaparecido pero han mejorado bastante y no poco..eso si, he tenido que dejarlas ya que me producian hinchazon abdominal y de manos y pies, no se la razon pero ha sido dejarlas y en un par de dias todo a su sitio pero sintiendomenigual de bien que cuando las tomaba, como si hubieran reparado algo en mi estomago y cuerpo. Peso nada, no he perdido nada, asi es que si es por perder peso no aconsejo..pero si tienes alterado el estomago y digestiones pesadas y malas si que aconsejo aunque sea un tiempo para regularlo ya que en eso me ha demostrado mucha eficacia

I've been using this product since December. I loved it, with exercise and a good diet it balances your intestinal flora very well.

LLevo desde diciembre con este producto. Me ha encantado, con ejercicoo y una buena dieta equilibra muy bien tu flora intestinal.
