How to take Probiosym probiotics and prebiotics?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, preferably on an empty stomach and separated by at least 2 hours from taking the antibiotic.

Precautions

Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of little kids.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place.
