It has no contraindications and can be taken by babies and children under the age of 2/3 years. I've been giving it to my daughter since she was 12 months old, but I would have given it sooner if I'd known about its existence. I don't need it, it is easily added to water, milk, juices or fruit porridge as long as the food is at room temperature so as not to kill the "bugs". At 18 months, my daughter already drinks it neat and loves it. It can be used as prevention, with spaced doses, but if the child needs to strengthen immunity due to viruses, flu and other health conditions that may have weakened their immune system, it is better to take it for longer and regular periods.

Não apresenta contra-indicações e podem ser tomados por bebés e crianças com idades inferiores a 2/3 anos. Dou à minha filha desde os 12 meses, mas teria dado antes se soubesse da sua existência. Não prescindo, é facilmente adicionado à água, leite, sumos ou papas de fruta desde que os alimentos estejam à temperatura ambiente para não matar os "bichinhos". Com 18 meses, a minha filha já toma puro e adora. Pode ser usado como prevenção, com tomas espaçadas mas se a criança necessita de reforçar a imunidade devido viroses, gripes e outras condições de saúde que possam ter deixado o seu sistema imunitário mais debilitado convém tomar por períodos mais longos e regulares.
