Properties and benefits of Borage Oil 1000mg

The advantage of this product is that you only need to take one capsule a day, which means that it is a good alternative for people who have to take many evening primrose oil capsules.

  • GLA is the precursor of a particularly important type of prostaglandins called PGE1.
  • Linoleic Acid contributes to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels.

Although the body can produce GLA from Linoleic Acid (the Omega 6 fatty acid present in vegetable oils), this process is sometimes slow or may be partially blocked. Hence, a dietary source of GLA, by avoiding the conversion process, is very useful for the body.

How to take Borage Oil 1000mg?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day with a meal.

Precautions

This product should only be given to epileptics (temporal lobe) under medical supervision. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of small children.
