How to take evening primrose oil?
It is recommended to take 4 softgels a day. 2 softgels a day at each of the two main meals.

Evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis L, grain) richness 10% GLA (gamma linolenic acid), capsule: coating agent (gelatin), humectant (glycerin (E 422)) and D-alpha tocopherol (Vitamin E).
For 1 capsule:
Evening primrose oil (500 mg)(10% GLA), Vitamin E (3 mg).
