Properties and benefits of Marine pro omega 3
Krill is a type of very small shrimp that lives in the waters of the Southern Ocean. They only live one year and are one of the cleanest organisms in the ocean. Their diet comes from algae, rich in Omega-3 and antioxidants such as Astaxanthin, an antioxidant with 400 times more powerful absorption than vitamin E.
Most of the oils from fish have other types of fats and their absorption is limited because they are many of the long-chain fatty acids. Krill oil, however, consists of another type of fat, phospholipids. These types of fats are easily absorbed. A smaller dose of MarinePro® is more effective in reaching Omega-3 blood levels. The fatty acids in phospholipids are also Omega-3. The fatty acids in krill oil have been shown to have more ability to lower bad cholesterol and promote good cholesterol compared to regular fish oil.
How to take Marine pro omega 3?
It is recommended to take 4 capsules a day, 2 in the morning and 2 at night before meals.

Krill oil (SuperbaTM), Glazing agent: fish gelatin, glycerol and water.
