Properties and benefits of Oligophytum Iodo (H7 IOD)

This product is part of a range of trace elements of plant origin presented to facilitate its assimilation in the form of micro tablets to let it melt under the tongue. This new original and practical way allows the direct assimilation of trace elements in the blood by avoiding digestive barriers. The lower part of the tongue is very rich in fine blood capillaries and is an ideal way for these micronutrients to penetrate the body.

How to take Oligophytum Iodo (H7 IOD)?

It is advisable to take 5 micro tablets per day, before each of the two main meals, to let it melt under the tongue.
