How to take Iron-C?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day.

Precautions

Do not take during pregnancy or lactation. Consuming iron or vitamin C in too high concentrations can cause diarrhea, nausea, and stomach cramps. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Composition of Iron-C

L-ascorbic acid, iron citrate, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), coating agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate).

For 1 capsule:
Vitamin C (175 mg), Iron Citrate (75 mg) containing Iron (15 mg).
