Properties and possible applications

Vitamin B6 helps reduce tiredness and fatigue , regulate hormonal activity and the normal formation of red blood cells. It contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system , nervous system and normal psychological function , to normal energy metabolism, to the metabolism of porteins, glycogen, homocysteine and also cysteine.

How to take Citrameder B6?

Take three (3) capsules a day in one or several doses, with half a glass of water (125ml), or as recommended by a professional.

Composition of Citrameder B6

Magnesium citrate, capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), organic "Nu-Mag" rice extract (organic rice extract, rice husk, arabica and sunflower oil), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide and pyridoxine hydrochloride ( vitamin B6)

For 3 capsules:

Magenese: 315 mg

Mix of organic rice extract "Nu-Mag": 40.29mg

Vitamin B6: 1.4mg
