Description

Selenium provides a significant amount of L-selenomethionine (selenium chelated with synthetic methionine), the form in which the body stores selenium.

Properties and benefits of Selenium

Protects against oxidative damage and supports the immune system. Maintains hair and nails in normal condition. Contributes to normal thyroid function and spermatogenesis.

How to take Selenium?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day with a meal.

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not use for more than 8 weeks. Do not take during pregnancy or lactation.

Composition of Selenium

Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), coating agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), L-seleniomethionine, antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate).

For 1 capsule:
L-Seleniomethionine (40 mg): Selenium (200 mcg).
