Properties and benefits of Silica Complete

This formula provides in each pill:

- Zinc, which contributes to the normal maintenance of hair and nails.

- Biotin, for the normal well-being of the skin.

- Vitamin C, as it helps normal collagen formation.

- MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), a natural component of sulfur, and an essential nutrient required for the production of proteins found in connective tissue.

- Silicon, which contributes to the structure and elasticity of the connective tissue and plays an important role in bone synthesis and cartilage collagen.

How to take Silica Complete?

It is recommended to take with food. Complete Silicon can be taken together with medications, but it is advisable to review the information of the medications you are consuming and inform your doctor of any food supplement you are taking. Silica Complete is safe in the recommended doses.
