It is ideal for the proper development of the skeleton and muscles.

How to take Calcium with Magnesium, Zinc and Vitamin D?

It is recommended to take 1 tablet 3 times a day, before meals.

Precautions

In some individuals it can cause flatulence or transient gastric acidity, as well as constipation. It is not recommended in individuals with hypercalcemia or in autoimmune disease (sarcoidosis). Individuals with hyperparathyroidism or kidney failure should only consume calcium and vitamin D supplements after consulting a health technician, as well as pregnant and lactating women. It should not be consumed together with quinolones and tetracyclines (antibiotics). It should not be used together with oral anticoagulants. It can reduce the absorption of copper by the body.

Composition of Calcium with Magnesium, Zinc and Vitamin D

For 3 tablets:
Calcium Carbonate (1005 mg), Magnesium Oxide (405 mg), Zinc Sulfate (43.68 mg), Vitamin D3 (3.6 μg), Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Cholecalciferol.
