How to take Griffonia 500 mg + Magnesium + B6?

Take 1 capsule a day with food.

Dry extract of Griffonia simplicifolia seeds, casing (bovine gelatin), Magnesium Hydroxide, corn starch, bulking agent (cellulose), anti-caking agents (talc, magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide) and Vitamin B-6 ( Pyridoxine).

For 1 capsule: Griffonia simplicifolia dry extract (20%) 500 mg and Vitamin B6 1.4 mg (100% VRN).
