IP6 Gold is a food supplement based on IP6 and myo-inositol.

Properties and benefits of IP6 Gold

Myo-inositol is part of the complex of B vitamins and naturally contains calcium, phosphorus and magnesium.

IP6 consists of myo-inositol bound to six phosphate groups (inositol hexaphosphate), and is present in the husk of cereals, including rice.

Both are present in practically all of our cells. After 15 years of exhaustive research, a group of scientists came up with a formula that maximizes the benefits of IP-6 and that consists of simultaneously using Inositol Hexaphosphate and myo-inositol, being of great importance the proportion between the different components.

In addition, both formats contain riboflavin (vitamin B2), zinc and selenium that contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative damage. In addition, zinc and selenium contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system, and vitamin B2 helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

How to take IP6 Gold?

It is recommended to take 1-2 times a day (up to 4 capsules a day in total) preferably outside meals or following the recommendations of an expert.

Composition of IP6 Gold

2 capsules contain:

IP6 (inositol hexaphosphate) 800 mg. Mio-inositol 220 mg. Vitamin B2 0.7 mg (50% NRV *) Zinc (zinc mono L-methionine sulfate, L-OptiZinc®) 1.5 mg (15% NRV *) Selenium (selenium enriched yeast, SelenoExcell®) 8.25 µg (15% VRN *).
