Properties and benefits of Selenium + Zinc

Selenium + Zinc also contains vitamin B6 which contributes to a normal energy metabolism, and vitamin A which contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.

The antioxidants in this unique complex, which has been on the market for over 25 years, support, protect and complement each other, and their cooperative actions and high quality make it the ideal antioxidant complex. It can also be used as an alternative to multivitamin preparations containing beta-carotene, which smokers may want to avoid.

How to take Selenium + Zinc?

It is advisable to swallow 1 tablet with a large glass of water, preferably during a meal.
