It is recommended to take 1 measuring spoon a day (15 ml) diluted in water or juice.

Precautions

Food supplement for adults. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of small children.

Storage conditions

Store in the fridge between 4ºC and 8ºC. Once opened consume within 4 weeks after opening.

Silicic acid colloidal gel (water, silicon dioxide), D-biotin.
