How to take Supradyn Energy 50 + Antioxidant?

1 tablet per day is recommended for adults, swallowed with a sufficient amount of water.

Calcium carbonate, L-ascorbic acid, Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Maltodextrin, Magnesium oxide, DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate, Anti-caking agent: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, Olive leaf extract, Nicotinamide, Ferrous fumarate, Cupric sulfate, Iodide Potassium, Zinc oxide, Manganese sulfate, Sodium selenite, Sodium molybdate, Olive extract, Calcium D-pantothenate, Pyridoxine hydrochloride, Pteroylmonoglutamic acid, Cyanocobalamin, D-biotin, Retinyl palmitate, Cholecalciferol, Thiamine mononitrate, Riboflavin, Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc, Coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Bulking agent: polydextrose, Medium chain triglycerides, Dyes: iron oxide, calcium carbonate.

Olive polyphenols 5 mg: Oleuropein 4.5 mg (in the form of olive leaf extract 21.43 mg). Hydroxytyrosol 0.5 mg (in the form of olive fruit extract 5 mg).
