How to take Skin, Hair and Nails?

Take 1 capsule twice a day. Do not exceed the dose expressly recommended by the manufacturer.

Composition of Skin, Hair and Nails

Ingredients: Coating agent (capsule), gelatin, brewer's yeast (gluten) (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), hydrolyzed collagen, horsetail extract (Equisetum arvense L.), iron gluconate, L. Ascorbic acid (vitamin C), gluconate zinc, taurine, D-alpha tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), niacin (vitamin B3), calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), anti-caking agents (silica (E 551) and magnesium stearate (E 470b), retinyl acetate (vitamin A), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin b1), cholecalciferol (vitamin D; maltodextrin), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid, vitamin b9), cyanocobalamin (vitamin b12); maltodextrin, sodium selenite and D-biotin.
