Birdseed Powder

It is pure birdseed powder, without further ado, just what I was looking for. Lowers cholesterol level among other properties. It dissolves in any liquid but goes very well with almond or coconut drink. There is a little sediment left, but it is stirred and drunk. I will order it again.

Es polvo de alpiste puro, sin más, justo lo que buscaba. Baja el nivel de colesterol entre otras propiedades. Se disuelve en cualquier liquido pero va muy bien con bebida de almendra o de coco. Queda un poco de poso, pero se remueve y se toma. Volveré a pedirlo.

I just started it, I take it for the enzymes and because it improves cholesterol or powder but it makes me "sick" to take it.

Lo acabo de empezar, lo tomo por las enzimas y porque mejora el colesterol u en polvo sino me da " asco" tomarlo.
